Email is the only channel. There is no form on this site, because we do not want to collect anything we do not need.
Corrections Come First
If you have found an error, please say so — it is the most useful message we receive. Our corrections policy explains how we handle them.
A report is easiest to act on when it includes:
- The page.
- The specific claim you think is wrong.
- A source, if you have one.
We aim to acknowledge within a few days, and to fix clear factual errors as soon as we have verified them against the primary source. Verification comes first — we will not swap one unchecked figure for another.
Other Reasons to Write
- Something we have not covered that you would find useful.
- A company changing its published terms — genuinely helpful, since these often change without announcement.
- A broken link, or a page that will not load.
- Press or research enquiries.
What We Cannot Do
- Give financial advice. We cannot tell you whether to buy, how much, or whether something suits you — see the disclaimer.
- Help with an order. We are not a dealer and have no access to anyone's account, order or shipment. Contact the seller directly.
- Value or authenticate your notes. We cannot appraise or verify individual Goldbacks.
- Accept payment for coverage. We do not sell reviews, placements, links or guest posts, and unsolicited offers will not be answered.
A Note for Companies We Cover
If we have got something wrong about your product or terms, tell us and we will correct it — quickly, and with a source-backed change.
What we will not do is remove accurate coverage because it is unflattering. Where your own pages contradict each other, we will keep reporting both until they do not.
